Development of an innovative component for exhaust emission reduction
Description
An international Tier1 in automotive technology develops emission-reducing components and complete systems for exhaust gas aftertreatment. Novel products are first developed generically and then adapted in application projects. In this project, a new liquid-cooled SCR injection module for engine-related applications was developed. The tasks included the management of the project and the acquisition of the first customer order from a major OEM. The management of the project team and the product development took place in the USA. Already during the development of the first prototypes, the first customer order was won.
