Technical Project Manager (TPM) (m/f/d)

Area of Responsibility

• 
Support the system PM with planning, risk management and more.
• Ensure that the system meets the customer’s requirements.
• Propose and maintain the technical scenario of the project.
• Integrate system deliverables and linkages between sub-projects.
• Lead content definition for system releases through release definition boards.

Technical problem management

• Lead problem resolution, including identification, analysis, and closure.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with interface partners.
• Improving the problem resolution process.

Reporting, performance and process improvement

• Establishing traceability between specifications and system test cases.
• Monitor and compare actual system performance against targets.
• Produce routine reports relevant to the technical function.
• Drive process improvement, including ASPICE compliance.

General Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Professional experience in research and development, preferably SW/HW development.
• Ability to work in a team, interpersonal skills and structured approach.
• Initiative, flexibility and effective communication.
• Multi-project management skills.
• Proficiency in German and English language.
• Results-oriented and dedicated work style.
• Strong initiative, communication and teamwork skills.
